About the Author
Nicole Davis was born in Sunnyvale, California (one letter away from the vampire capital of the world), but she grew up in Boulder County in Colorado. She has a bachelor’s degree in Zoology with a minor in Creative Writing, which she got in the beautiful town of Laramie, Wyoming. At the moment she lives in Denver with a small army of scaly pets. She probably started writing when she was about five years old, and hasn’t been able to stop since.
Some of her favorite books are Watership Down by Richard Adams, The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie, Dragon Champion by E. E. Knight, A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Brey, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, The Sight by David Clement-Davies, The Darkest Part of the Forest by Holly Black, and A Natural History of Dragons by Marie Brennan.
